チャイナタウン/China Town

今日は旦那さまが夜接待だったので友達と買い物＆ご飯へ。彼女はワーホリ完了でもうすぐ日本に帰ってしまうのですが（涙）、チャイナタウン辺りはあまり行ったことがないということでチャイナタウンへ。旦那さまと一緒だと麺類を二つ頼んでお腹いっぱいになってしまうけど、今日はバランス良く点心も楽しめて良かった〜♪

チャイナタウン付近には近所のスーパーでは売ってない日本に近い食材が売ってたりするので、その内一人で来て買おうかなあ。

My hubby was out tonight so went shopping and dinner with my friend. She is completing working holiday soon and going back to Japan ; (( She haven't been to China town that much so we went to China town for dinner. When I come with my hubby, we are full with two noodles but we ordered properly!? today and was able to enjoy some dim sum too : D

There are foods that are close to Japanese food around here so hope I can come and get some soon.

街はそろそろクリスマス/Turning into Christmas Town..

街もデパートもちょこちょこクリスマス。日本のお友達からパリのクリスマスは素敵！と聞いているのでこれからちょこちょこ見れる街が楽しみ〜♪

Things in town and department etc.. are becoming Christmas. My friends in Japan tell me that Christmas decoration in Paris is great so looking forward to it : )

パリからの旅立ちの前に/Before departing from Paris..

義姉のシンガポールへの出発がいよいよ迫り、今日は出発前のファミリーディナー。私は日本を出国する際、母は手巻き寿司を用意してくれましたが、義姉のためにお義母さんが用意したのは手作りのフォアグラとチーズ（笑）！さすがフランス〜(^^)。

Mont D'or というチーズは10月の帰国の際に日本にも持って行ったのですが、夏の後から春先までしか生産されないチーズらしい。うちの旦那さまも大好きだって☆

My sister in law's departure date to Singapore is approaching and we had last family dinner today. When I left Japan, my mom prepared sushi. My mother in law prepared home made foie gras and cheese (and others of course!) for her.  It's France : D

Mont D'or is a cheese that is only made between end of summer to beginning of spring. My hubby loves it too : )

パリの秋のお天気/Autumn Weather in Paris

10月、11月のパリとはこんなお天気が普通らしい。曇りばかりで雨が多いそう。エッフェル塔の上が雲で隠れちゃいます。確かに雨がよく降ってたなあ。

Weather in Paris in October and November is like this says my father in law and hubby. Cloudy and rains often. Top of Eiffel Tower if hidden by the cloud. It did rain often.

パリ、CDG空港/Paris CDG Airport

前記事に引き続き空港ネタ。パリ、CDG空港は、某ニュース番組アンケートにより、世界で一番サービスの悪い空港に選ばれました（笑）。

今回も例に漏れず、スーツケースが出てくるまで到着から1時間、更に出てきたスーツケースは別の便のもので、突然別のベルトに変更(爆笑)。大移動が起こる。

私は大体全日空使うので、第一ターミナルに到着するけど、(今回はエールフランスで第二ターミナル)、第一は古いけど狭いので、むしろ早く出れるから個人的には好き(^^)

Another post about airport. This time about Paris, CDG. CDG airport ranked no.1! from the bottom... (meaning worst..) in terms of service according to famous news program.

This day, it took 1 hour till the suitcase started coming out. In fact, when it came put, it was another flight's suitcase.. and they suddenly changed the belt ; D great migration occurred!

I usually use ANA that lands at terminal 1. (this time, it wad Air France and landed at terminal 2.) Terminal 1 is older but smaller so I usually get out quite smoothly which I think is better : )

モーリシャス空港/Mauritius Airport

さて、あっという間に帰国の日。到着した時、タクシーの運転手さんが、「今空港増設中なんですよ〜」と教えてくれましたが、早く出来るといいね。。帰りの待ち時間、明らかにスペース足りてませぬ。。

It went by too quickly!! On our way back, the airport was packed with people people people! The taxi driver told us they are expanding the airport.. Wishing it will complete it asap ; )

逆プロポーズ大作戦！？/Another Propose！？

さて、、ある意味お茶目な私の旦那さまがずーーーっと言ってたこと。。「僕にはいつプロポーズしてくれるの〜？？」・・・。もう結婚したじゃん！そしてプロポーズは男からだけでいいじゃん！！などと思いつつ、そしてなんでこんなことになったのか今では思い出せないのですが、いつまで経っても忘れてくれないので（笑）、いつかやらなきゃな〜と漠然と思っておりました。（とってもして欲しい様子も伝わってくるので・・。）

でもプロポーズって、、、指輪の箱をパカってのもこっちからじゃ出来ないし。来年のフランスでの結婚式で宣言ってのもこっぱずかしい・・。ふと、ハネムーンは良い機会かも☆と。

そこで、行く前からハネムーン先のホテルの方に色々コンタクト取り始めました。まずは素敵なディナーかな、と。そしたら桟橋でプライベートディナーかビーチディナーは？とホテル側。ホテル側、企画にノリノリ（笑）。「ロマンチックでサプライズな企画にしましょう！！」と。ありがたい♪

気付かれないように、「一度位リッチなディナーしたいから桟橋かビーチどう？」と旦那さまに持ちかけたら、「寂しそうな場所だから嫌〜」と言われたり、、サプライズにするのに多少苦労はしたけど！？とりあえず説得してビーチディナーに持ち込みました（笑）。

私達と同じビーチディナーをした人達を前の日とかにも見かけたのですが、今回はお願いしてたプランのこともあり、いつもより素敵な場所にテーブル設置してくれたり、テーブルまでキャンドルで道を作ってくれたり、キャンドルでテーブルを囲んでくれたり、テーブルはお花でコーディネートしてくれたり、ホテル側の張り切りもすごく見える（笑）、とってもロマンチックで素敵なテーブルになってました（^^）

My husband has been asking me something for a long time.. 'Propose from me'. I tried to get away from it and also I was thinking, 'We are already married!' or 'Propose is enough from one side!' Though I could feel (or else hear..) that he wanted it so much, so I was wondering when and how, for a long time. No rings, can't do it at the wedding in France next year... hmmm.... and then I thought, honeymoon might be good chance : )

I started contacting the hotel staff before honeymoon to plan my propose. They were very very cooperative, rather excited! I asked for good dinner and they proposed pier dinner or beach dinner. Although my hubby said he wasn't very into it... I convinced him to have beach dinner ; )

I saw few couples doing beach dinner on day before us but for us, I think hotel side arranged some things little special. They moved the table to better place, made street lit by candles, lit the candles around the table, coordinated the table with flowers etc.. It was a very romantic table : )

後は、、細かいところは省いてと（^^ゞ、メッセージとプロポーズの言葉と音楽をアレンジ。「OUI」（Yes）の返事ももらって良かった良かった♡何よりも旦那さまがとっても喜んでくれて幸せそうで、私も嬉しかった（*^^*）

I won't get into too much detail but arranged some message, word for propose and music and got 'OUI'(yes) to my proposal♡ My hubby looked very happy which made me happy too ; D

そして・・ハッピーな気持ちでお部屋に戻ったら、今度はお部屋にホテル側からのサプライズアレンジが！これは私もびっくり！お部屋までもがスーパーロマンチックに仕上がってました♡これはもう下の写真をご覧あれ☆本当に色々な幸せを感じた夜となりました♪

ちなみに次の日、朝から沢山のホテルのスタッフが「昨日はどうでしたか！？」と皆目をキラキラさせながら聞いてきました（爆笑）。ホテル総出での協力本当にありがとうございました（^^）

We went back to the room happily and there it was, another surprise! from the hotel : )) It was a surprise from me too = ) Photos are the surprise we got : )) It was a very very special night♪

FYI, next day, so many hotel staff asked us how it was. They looked so excited : ) haha. Big thank you to the whole hotel!!

モーリシャスでのホテル/Hotel in Mauritius

今回のハネムーンはホテルがとても良かった！泊まったのは オベロイ モーリシャス。島の北側。
お部屋とかももちろん良いのですが、ホスピタリティが素敵でした☆とてもリラックスして過ごせました。私のサプライズ企画にも細かく対応＆頼んだ以上のことをしてくれました。本当に感謝（*^^*）こちらについてはまた別記事にします〜。

We stayed at a great hotel in Mauritius : )) We stayed at 'The Oberoi Mauritius'. It's up North of the island. The room is of course great but I really enjoyed their hospitality. We were able to spend relaxing time. They cooperated a lot on my surprise plan for my hubby and did even more than I asked! I'll write about this separately = )

There were few people in the hotel so it was almost private pool!

海に囲まれてるので売りはシーフード！お肉もおいしい♪毎朝フルーツもたっぷり。

Island is surrounded by the ocean so seafood is good : ) Meat was good too. Ate lots of fruits.

ホテル内は芝生のお庭がたっぷりで空気も美味しい！

It was full of grass garden in the hotel and air was fresh!

♡ハネムーンin モーリシャス/Honeymoon in Mauritius♡

モーリシャスにはハネムーンでやってきました〜♪あまり日数も長くないので、とにかく２人でビーチやプールでのんびりぼんよりしたかったのですが、しっかり望みを叶えました〜（＾＾）。お天気にも恵まれて（着いた日、タクシーでホテルに向かう最中にスコールみたいな土砂降りはありましたが）、でも陽射しは強すぎず、ビーチやプールで本を読んだり、水の中でぷよぷよしてみたり、シュノーケリングをしたり、夕日を眺めたり、スパに行ってみたり、はぁ〜、幸せだった〜（*^^*）

お水の透明度も高くて、お魚も見えます☆ボートに乗ってちょっと沖でのシュノーケリングもしたけれど、ビーチ沿いすぐでもお魚沢山見れました。

また別記事で書きますが、今回はホテルがとにかく良かった！これもまた別記事で書きますが、私のサプライズ企画にもすごい協力してくれて、しかも私もサプライズさせられました！日本からだとちょっと遠いけど、お勧めです〜、モーリシャス♪

We went to Mauritius for our honeymoon : ) We wanted to spend relaxing time together as much as possible and we did! Great weather, but not too hot, read by the pool and beach, float in the water, snorkeling and enjoy with the fishes, see the beautiful sunset, go to spa... it was amazing honeymoon = ))

Water was very clear and you can see the fish by the beach. We went little way out to the sea and did snorkeling too but you can also see fishes very close by the beach too.

I will write in another piece but we really loved the hotel this time! I will also write separate piece but I had some surprise plan for my husband and the hotel staff was really cooperative. They even surprised me! It's a little far from Japan but Mauritius is one of the place I can definitely recommend♪

ちょっと日本のこと。/Something About Japan

ちょっと日本のこと。お友達が送ってくれたもののタグを見てとても日本人というものを感じる。

タグを綺麗に取れるようにするためここまで工夫する国は日本しかありませぬ。

Little thing that I thought which is so Japanese. A tag which was on something my friend sent me from Japan. I don't think any other people will try as hard as Japanese to be able to make the tag come off without harming the clothes.

パリ観光！/Sightseeing in Paris！

今日は元会社の方が出張前にパリに寄ってくれて、一緒にパリ観光をしました！皆が遊びに来てくれるとほんとに学びます(^^)。だから皆遊びに来て〜♪

しかも日本から重たいのに沢山の救援物資(ほぼ日本食 笑)を持って！感動です(T_T) 以前にも沢山航空便で送って下さって、本当にお世話になりっぱなしの方です。ありがとうございます！！

オーランジェリー美術館では壁一面のモネにほぉ〜っとなり、ロダン美術館では、沢山の作品を見ながらロダンがいかに苦悩してたのではないかと笑い合い、リュクサンブール公園では大きな広場で休憩しつつぼんよりしました。(ロダン美術館のお庭もすごく良かった！)

パリにいる貴重さが少し分かった一日でした。だって、モネやルノワールやセザンヌやピカソが数枚のレベルじゃなく、わーーっと普通に展示されてるのです。下の一枚目の写真のように。日本だったら全部超貴重と思います(>_<)

One of my previous office's analyst came over to visit Paris before his Europe business trip and we went sightseeing in Paris! I learn more about France when my friends are here so hope many people comes over♪

He brought so many Japanese food for me!! and it's not the first time. He sent me lots of things before too. He is soooo nice ; )) Thank you so much!!

We went to musee de l'Orangerie and enjoyed Monet's beautiful mural paintings, imagined and laughed together on how much Rodin's was suffering from number of his carvings, and relaxed at Luxembourg Park. (Garden at Rodin museum was great too!)

It was a precious day for me since I realized some really good reason why being in Paris is valuable. Treasurable paintings of Monet, Renoir, Cezanne, Picasso etc... are everywhere! like below photo. This would be impossible in Japan : 0 I really had a great time = )

フランス人のパーティー/French Party

今日は義姉送別会第二弾。参加の返信は約35名だったけど、当日になって「行くから〜」の連絡で55名くらいになりそうと義姉。最終的にはもっといたと思われます（笑）。

また、開始時間は20時。だけど20時半で家族の他まだ一人。(写真1枚目)「ゆみ、フランス人時間よ〜」と義理の両親（笑）。21時で15人くらいかなあ。(写真2枚目) 22時でだいぶ来た感じでした（笑）。

ちなみにこの日のテーマカラーは黄色。皆色んな黄色で彩って来ててこれもまた面白かった(^^)

お友達制作の送別ビデオとかは爆笑もので、義姉が皆に愛されてる様子が分かる素敵なパーティーでした☆はぁー、寂しい(/ _ ; )。。でもシンガポール遊びに行こうーっと♪

Today was the second farewell party of my sister in law. She said there were about 35 people who replied yes, but she got many people telling her they are coming 'today' and might be like 55 people.. I think there were more at the end. Haha. So French!?

Party start time was 20pm but as you can see from the first picture, at 20:30pm, there was one person besides the family. At 21pm, maybe about 15 people? Around 22pm, party became real : D So French!?

Theme color this day was yellow. People's costume were fun too = )

Video her friends made were awesome and could feel how loved she was ; ) I will miss her but will go to Singapore!!

オーブンを使いこなす。/Use the oven correctly..

前にブログに書いたけど、使いこなせなかったオーブン。。今度こそちゃんと説明書確認してグラタン成功。はぁー、良かった☆

I wrote on my blog little while ago but I couldn't use the oven correctly before.. Finally, I checked the instruction before using it and made good gratin : )

パリジェンヌ風に締める！/End the day like Parisienne.

路上で一人かじってみた。初めて一人で行ったけど、パン屋さんのお姉さんもに覚えてもらった模様（＾＾）

I did something like Parisienne today : D I think it was the first time I went to the bakery myself but I think shop staff now remembers me : )

バカラ展示会☆/Baccarat Exhibition☆

いよいよ色々フランスっぽく☆ということで！？今日はバカラの展示会に行ってきました。（とはいえ、バカラがフランスと知ったのはつい最近の私。。）小さい展示会だけど、素敵でした（＾＾）実際に作ってるところのビデオとか見ると、高いのも納得。。欲しくなる（＞＜）でもグラスによってはうん十万・・。

色が入ってるのもあるけど、色によって値段が違うらしい。写真のオレンジの色は難しいらしくとても高く、緑はそうでもないとか。バカラに詳しい義理両親のお友達夫妻も一緒で色々解説してもらいました。

色々な国の王族それぞれ用のデザインとか、ブラッククリスタルとか、面白かった♪中の内装やシャンデリアもゴージャスでした〜。まだ日本から持って来れてない結婚祝いのバカラグラス達を持ってきたくなりました（＾＾ゞ

Gradually looking like I live in Paris!? I went to Baccarat exhibition with my parents in law. (Though it's very recent that I learned that Baccarat is from France..) It was small exhibition but very nice : ) I can understand why it's so expensive when you see the process of making each glasses on the video. Makes you want it!! but some of them cost few thousand euros for one glass...

Some have color in it and my parents in law's friend couple told me that the price differs by color. For example, the orange one on the photo is difficult so it's expensive but the green ones are not as much.

There were separate design by royal family for various country and was very interesting. There were black crystal too. Interior and chandelier were gorgeous too! It made me feel that I have to bring the glasses I got as wedding gift that are still in Japan ; )
