パリからの旅立ちの前に/Before departing from Paris..

義姉のシンガポールへの出発がいよいよ迫り、今日は出発前のファミリーディナー。私は日本を出国する際、母は手巻き寿司を用意してくれましたが、義姉のためにお義母さんが用意したのは手作りのフォアグラとチーズ（笑）！さすがフランス〜(^^)。

Mont D'or というチーズは10月の帰国の際に日本にも持って行ったのですが、夏の後から春先までしか生産されないチーズらしい。うちの旦那さまも大好きだって☆

My sister in law's departure date to Singapore is approaching and we had last family dinner today. When I left Japan, my mom prepared sushi. My mother in law prepared home made foie gras and cheese (and others of course!) for her.  It's France : D

Mont D'or is a cheese that is only made between end of summer to beginning of spring. My hubby loves it too : )
