ベベとバーへ/Bar with Bebe

語学学校の時の友達で久しぶりに集まりました。ほとんどの人はもう出国してるから新しい人も交えて☆私がベベ付きなので、我が家の近くの夜遊びエリアにしてくれました（＾＾）

途中音が大きくなって来たのでテラス席へ移動。皆にかわいいを連発してもらって、今日も更にかわいくなったことでしょう（笑）。最後まではさすがにいられないけど、べべがいても外に出られるのは幸せなことなんだろうな〜。

I got together with my language school friends. Most of them are out of Paris now so also with new students too. Since I was with my bebe, they picked the area close to our place.

We moved outside since the music inside got pretty loud. Bebe was told 'cute' so many times today : ) Of course we can't stay till the end but being able to go out even with bebe is very lucky ; )

観光街でチーズフォンデュ/Cheese Fondue at Touristic Place

今日は観光街近くに来たのでチーズフォンデュを食べてみることに。この辺りでは店員さんがお店の外で、通る人皆に声をかけるのが名物（？）みたいになっています。しつこくもないのでこれはこれで面白いかも。夜になるとお皿を割って注目を集めるパフォーマンスもあるとか。

We came close to touristic place so we decided to eat cheese fondue around here today. Restaurant staff are outside to call in customers around here. Hubby told me that at night, some break plates to get attention!

チーズフォンデュ自体は正直すごい美味しい！というほどではなく。。旦那さまによると、美味しいチーズフォンデュはパンももっと美味しくてチーズももっとなめらかだとか。それをいつか食べたい！

Fondue itself is not that great to be honest.. Though it's not bad! According to my hubby, good fondue comes with much better bread and cheese. I hope I can eat those some day!

衣替え/Season Change..

ようやく気温も上がって来たので夏物を出しやすいところにするべく今日は衣替え。予防接種の後ということで昨日と今日は静かに過ごそうと思ってたのでちょうどよい☆

しかし日本から持って来た冬服、着なかったもの多い・・。妊婦だったからってことにしよう。まあ去年引っ越して来て夏物も持って来たもの一部しか着ないね〜って旦那さまに言われてたけど。。そして日本にまだある洋服達は・・。結局着るものって決まって来るのよねえ。

Temperature started to rise so finally started to reverse my summer clothes and winter clothes. Good timing since I wanted to do relaxing day after vaccination.

I realize I didn't wear a lot of clothes I brought from Japan. One reason might be cause I was pregnant. Though even the ones I could wear, I didn't wear it.. which my hubby always tell me.. I still have clothes in Japan..! I guess I don't have that much variety on what I really wear..

フランスで予防接種/Vaccination in France

本日２ヶ月検診。早速予防接種第1回。日本より早い？前の1ヶ月検診の際にお医者さまから処方箋をもらっておいて、２ヶ月検診の前に薬局で予防接種の注射をもらっておきます。お医者さんには基本薬は置かない、というのが普通の模様。

通常検診の後、「じゃあお母さんおっぱいあげる用意しておいて」と言われて「え？」と思ったら注射の後おっぱいをあげるらしい。

まずは6種混合。って6種混合！？日本は確か3種まで。。大丈夫（＞＜）！？と思うけどお医者さまに任せるしかないし、フランスの子は皆やってるなら大丈夫だろうと見守る。小さな体に針が〜（＠＠）！！とドキドキ。。刺す、プシュッ、わーん！で、先生が「はい、おっぱいあげていいよ」と。おっぱいあげる。数分後、「はい、じゃあまた台にうつ伏せに乗せて。」と。再び・・針が〜（＠＠）！！刺す、プシュッ、わーん！「はい、おっぱいどうぞ」。

こっちもドキドキしちゃいました・・。小さな体でがんばったのぅ（；；）。。２日間は怠く感じることもあり、熱が出ることもあるとのこと。今日はいっぱいお出かけしたから少しゆっくりしようね。

6種混合はジフテリア、破傷風、百日咳、ポリオ（不活化）、ヒブ、B型肝炎。二つ目の予防接種は肺炎球菌だそう。3ヶ月検診でB型肝炎以外の５種混合をまたやるそうです。この後はどんなスケジュールで？と聞いたら、まだまだいっぱいあるよ、と言われました。がんばれ、ベベ！

We went to 2 months check up today. It was also first vaccination day. I think it starts earlier than Japan. Here in France, you get the prescription for the vaccination at one month check up and take that to pharmacy before 2 months check up and get the vaccination. Then take that to the doctor. Interesting since in Japan, vaccination is usually at the doctor.

After usual check up, the doctor told me to be ready to feed her. Seems like you feed the baby after the shot.

First six vaccination. Six?? In Japan, I think triple is maximum. Though need to trust the doctor so watched quietly.. Can't believe the needle is going into that little body!! After the shot, bebe started crying and doctor says 'feed her'. I feed her for few minutes then doctor tells me to put her on the table again. Another shot! Cry! Feed! fuu---... I was scared (> <) Bebe was very tough and good girl ; ) She might feel tired for the next two days and might have fever. We went out a lot today so let's spend quietly..

Six vaccinations are Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, haemophilus influenza B and hepatitis B. The second shot was pneumoconique. I asked the vaccination schedule going forward and the doctor told me, 'lots...'. ganbare bebe!

ひなinパリ！/Hina in Paris！

日本から遊びに来ていたお友達と今日は「善」でランチ。和食にした理由は、ドイツに住んでる彼女のお姉さんも一緒で、和食が恋しい！という海外在住日本人共通の気持ちに共感して（笑）。今日は鯖の塩焼きを頂きました☆美味しかった（＾＾）

I went to lunch at 「ZEN」with my friend from Japan. The reason we ate Japanese is because her sister who lives in Germany was together and I fully understand the feeling of missing Japanese food ; ) Took grilled mackerel today. Was very good : D

ドイツにもよく行っている彼女は、ドイツや日本と比べるとパリがいかにおしゃれなのか熱弁。ちょうどセール初日の今日（友達に聞いて知った私・・）、彼女の目はキラキラしてました（笑）。ランチの後もこれはお勉強どころ、とばかりにお買い物一緒に回りました。ギャラリーラファイエットに続き、今日はプランタンへ。その後もサントノレ通りなど行き、それぞれのお店で注目すべきものなど教えてもらった私。食べながら、歩きながら、買い物しながら、お茶しながら、普段追いつかないアップデートをして大満喫の午後♪そして彼女のおかげでパリの良いところが見えた1日なのでした☆

She goes to Germany often too but she told me passionately on how Paris is fashionable and cute compared to Germany or Japan. Sales started today (which I learned from her..) and she was very excited : ) We went shopping around Primtemps, saint honore street and learned goods to get in Paris from her. We talked a lot during walking and shopping and became a very nice catch up afternoon = ) She told me how to see good Paris today!

バスから/From the Bus

ベベはバスに乗ると外の世界に興味津々！（５分で眠りに落ちるけど　笑）

今日も外を凝視。

Bebe is always very interested in the world outside! Though falls asleep in 5mins ; ) 

We were looking outside from the bus today as usual.

すると外の子供達に凝視されてた（笑）。

Then we were looked from outside! haha.

ギャラリーラファイエット/Galeries Lafayette

こちらの日本人友達がアドバイスしてくれて、べべ用グッズを色々見るためギャラリーラファイエットへ！パリの二大（三大かも）デパートの一つ。ベビー、キッズフロアーすごい（＠＠）。GUCCI, Dior, D&G, Armaniなどなど、ブランドがこんなにべべ服出してるとは！べべ抱えて腰が痛くなるまで歩き回った！

My Japanese friend advised me to go to Galaries Lafayette to see various baby goods. It's one of biggest department store in Paris. Baby & kids floor was amazing! I didn't know that GUCCI, Dior, D&G, Armani etc etc.. was producing this many baby clothes : 0 I walked around with bebe till my back started hurting!

6階にはお土産フロアーとばかりに「Paris」と書いてあるグッズ満載。お土産を買うならここで全て終えられるかも（笑）。色々行けば色々な発見がある！がんばれ私。

I found out that 6th floor was full of goods with 'Paris' on it. I think you can finish your souvenir shopping just here! You find out when you walk around. ganbare, me!

料理番組に・・/At the Cooking Show..

NHK Worldのお料理番組を見てたら、行正り香さんが新たな講師として出て来てびっくり。日本にいる時、友達にこの方のお料理本をプレゼントされてから、お料理自体だけではなく、お料理本のプロデュース方法が気に入って結構行正り香さんの本を買っています。パリにも全部持参☆

単品紹介だけではなく、コースで紹介してくれるので、お友達とお家でご飯、といった時に大活用♪働いてる女性のことも考えて綺麗に見えるけどなるべく手間をかけすぎず大ざっぱに、というところが私に合ってるようです（笑）。おつまみ本なんかは超簡単レシピ（時々簡単過ぎる　笑）で一人家飲みとかで良いです。紹介してくれた友達に感謝（*^^*）

Rika Yukimasa was introduced as new cooking teacher at NHK World's cooking show. Since my friend in Japan gave her cooking book as a present, I really liked the way she produces the book and have been buying quite a few of her books. Brought all of them to Paris : )

She doesn't introduce just one dish but introduces as course too so when you invite friends over, it's quite useful. She tries to make the process as simple as possible which matched me very much. Thank you to my friend who introduced it!!

Restaurant: 「Yoom」

飲茶が食べたい、ということで最近オープンしたらしい「Yoom」という飲茶のレストランに行きました。こっちで食べた点心、今のところ繊細さが全くないので（笑）あまり期待してなかったのですが、意外に味は美味しかった☆量から考えるとちょっと高めかなあ。パリ値段？平日のお昼はセットがあるようで、それはリーズナブルなんだと思います。

I wanted to eat dimsum so went to 「Yoom」which opened recently. So far, dimsum I had here in Paris is not very delicate ; ) so didn't expect much. Though it was good : D Maybe it's bit expensive when you think about the balance of amount. Paris price? Seems like there is a reasonable set menu for weekday lunch.

べべ、ずっと寝てたのでゆっくり食べられました☆ありがとう♪

Restaurant: 「L'EPI MALIN」

似た名前を見たことが・・。そうです。以前紹介した「L'EPI DUPIN」の関連店。こちらは「L'EPI DUPIN」のお料理がテイクアウト出来る、新しく出来たお店です。中でも食べられます。「L'EPI DUPIN」の斜向い、ボンマルシェ寄りにあります。

カウンター席もあって、べべと一緒に行ってもちゃんとしたお料理をフットワークの軽い感じで食べられて良かったです。でも今日はべべ大人しくしてくれてました♪

I think people recall this restaurant name. Yes, it opened recently and related to 「L'EPI DUPIN」that I introduced before. You can do go away food at「L'EPI MALIN」.You can also eat inside. It's on the road across 「L'EPI DUPIN」.

There are also seats at the counter too and you feel quite relaxed to eat inside even with bebe. Although she was good girl today : )

食べ終わった後もまだまだ明るいパリ。旦那さまとべべとパリの町中や通りがかりの小さな公園をお散歩する金曜の夜、気持ちよかった☆

It's still bright after dinner. Walking through Paris and little parks with hubby and bebe on Friday night was really nice : )

２人乗りベビーカー/Twin-Seater Buggy

私の周りは最近ベビーブームですが、フランスも同じような気がします。どんどんベビーが産まれてるのか、２人乗りベビーカーにすごい遭遇します。今日は5つも遭遇！
It seems like it's baby boom around me recently but looks like France as well. I saw 5 twin seater buggy today!

ハイローチェア初体験/Experience High-Low Chair

今日は旦那さまの仕事関係で知り合い、偶然にも徒歩３分！のところに住んでる日本人の方のお家へ。2歳のお嬢ちゃんがいるお家でベビーグッズが豊富☆そしてハイローチェア発見！ちょうど最近ハイローチェアという物を知った私。タイムリー！我がベベを乗せてみたらあっという間に眠りについてました（＾＾）。「電動のもあるのよね〜。」と。お友達曰く、「フランスにはきっとないよね〜。でも色とかちょっとダサめで実用重視の日本っぽい（笑）」。確かに！

我が家はベベビョルンなので高さがある、ということではハイローチェアいいなあ。でも狭い我が家には不向きか・・。

I went to visit a Japanese friend who lives 3mins away from our place. What a coincidence! They have 2 years old daughter and had many bay goods : ) Then I found 'high-low chair' which is popular in Japan. It moves back and forth and babies often sleeps well on this. Our bebe fell asleep very quickly! There is electric operation one too. My friend said 'it's so convenient but I don't think they have this in France. Though the color is so unstylish and it's so Japan ; )' That's true!

We use babybjorn. High-low chair is good cause it has certain hight. Though maybe not for our place since we don't have that much space..

公園で演奏会/Concert at a Park

今日はお天気が良かったのでベベと公園へ。抱っこ紐だけで行ったので、芝生に転がってぼんより。おむつ替えも授乳も芝生の上でやってみる（笑）。
It was nice weather today so went to the park. I went with just sling so we sat on grass and enjoyed our time. Tried changing diaper and feeding on the grass too.

公園では高校生ブラスバンドらしき団体が演奏をしていて、音楽も一緒に楽しめた☆

観客もいっぱいでした。

There was a high school brass band playing in the park. It was very nice : )

公園の見張り（？）の人達はいつものんびり好き勝手してるイメージだけど、

演奏会でも観客になってる（笑）。一応ちょっと遠め。右下の方々。

Gardes for the park are always pretty relaxed but they were an audience for the concert too : D

いつもこんな素敵な演奏してくれてるといいなあ。

I hope they play every day!

お花ネタ満載/Many Flower Stories

最近お花ネタがちょっと減ってますが、蘭は順調に再びお花を付けています！

しかもお花の数が何故かそれぞれ倍増☆

アマリリスも根元まで切ったのに、再びこんなに伸びた！

I cut amaryllis close to the base but it grew this much already!

そしてお義母さんからお庭で咲いたバラの花束を頂きました！

こんなにあげられるほどバラが咲くなんて、ガーデニング技術相変わらず素晴らしい♪

Also got roses from mother in law! 

Amazing that they can grow this many roses in their garden : )

オステオパシー2回目/Osteopathy 2nd Time

本日は2回目のオステオパシーに行って来ました。（1回目についてはこちら。）前回はお腹すいたからかと思ったけど、今日もぎゃん泣き（笑）。ぱっと見、なーんにもしてなさそうなのに。そして我が子はどこも悪くないらしく、今回で終了。良かった♪

オステオパシーをやった日はとても疲れるらしいのですが、夜はそのせいかぐーーっすり寝てました。授乳しなくて大丈夫か不安になるくらい長ーく。20時から朝の4時まで起きませんでした。びっくり（＠＠）

We went to Osteopathy for the second time today. (About first time, please see here.) I thought bebe was crying cause she was hungry last time but she cried so much again today ; D. It doesn't look like much is happening but still.. The doctor told us that she is in good shape so we don't have to come back for now. Glad to hear that : )

After osteopathy, people usually feel tired but bebe slept soooo long on this day. I was worried if I should feed her or not.. She slept from 20pm to 4am!!

公園でもベビーブーム！？/Baby Boom in Park too！？

今日は新婚のお友達夫妻と一緒に公園に行くことに。（そろそろお気づきの方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、お友達家族との集まりがフランスはとても多い！週末といえば誰かと会う約束をしていて、結婚パーティーの準備が相変わらず進みません・・。）

私の周りは最近ベビーブームですが、公園でも出産シーズンか、小鴨を３組も見かけました。小さくてふわふわしててかわいかった！！

This afternoon, we had a call from our friend and went to the park. Recently, many of our friends are having baby but seems like it's same in the park too. We saw 3 baby ducks in the park! They were little and fluffy and so cute!

ベベ連れ初レストラン/First Time to a Restaurant with Bebe

今日は近所の小さなレストラン「A Cote」へベベを連れて夕ご飯へ。ほんとに？？と周りの方に迷惑ではないのかと不安になる私。大丈夫だよ〜、と旦那さま。

周りに人がいるといつもは結構大人しくしてくれるベベですが、今日は隙あらば「うぇーん・・」と静かに泣き出し、その度に旦那さまが立ってあやす、泣き止む、を繰り返す、ちょっとソワソワしながらのディナー。

隣りにご年配の6人組のお客様がいらっしゃったのですが、すごい寛大で感動。帰り際に少し話したら、「いくつなの〜？」「あと数ヶ月したらもっと出かけるの大変になるだろうから、レストランも今のうちよ。今出来ることは今のうちにね〜。」などと話してくれました。皆が皆こうではないだろうけど、寛大な皆さまのおかげでべべと一緒に外でお食事楽しめました。ありがとうございます☆

We went to 'A Cote', a small restaurant near our house for dinner. I was bit nervous to go with bebe but hubby seemed pretty relaxed.

Bebe is usually quite quiet when people are around but today, she looked like she was looking for time to cry.. She would start crying quietly then hubby will stand up to shake her. Then she will stop crying. He did this several times during dinner and was not exactly a calm dinner. Though the elderly group of people next to us kindly talked to us. 'How old is she?' 'Once she's few more months older, it would be more difficult to take her to restaurants so enjoy your time now!'. How generous can they be! I don't think everybody is like this but it sure was a great help for us today ; )

妊婦時代には食べられなかったフォアグラ堪能☆

あまり甘くないジンジャーブレッドとよく合う♪

I took foie gras plate which I couldn't eat while I was pregnant! 

It matched very well with ginger bread that didn't have too much flavor : D

旦那さまの生ハムたっぷりのプレートも妊婦時代には食べられなかった（＞＜）

なので生ハムいっぱいもらっちゃいました（笑）

Hubby's plate was with prosciutto which I also couldn't eat during pregnancy! 

So I took a lot from his plate =D

双子がいるお家へ/Visit Friend with Twins

今日は双子の子供がいるお友達のお家へ。男の子と女の子の双子。かわいい（*^^*）

Went to a friend's house with twin babies. Girl and a boy!

皆で公園に行く時には小さなバギーを押して行く２人。

そして途中で押すの面倒になって大人が持つ（笑）。

Babies have their own buggy to push : )
and get tired on the way and adults carry it. haha. 

帰りは疲れて親が肩車。双子ってかわいさ２倍、大変さも２倍！

最近友達に三つ子が産まれたのですが、更にすごいだろうなあ。

They got tired and went back home riding parent's shoulder = ) 

You enjoy two times cuteness with twins but also two times toughness! 

Our friends recently got triplets but it must be more tough!

ちなみに公園出たの8時近くですが、まだまだ明るい！

BTW, we left the park close to 8pm but still bright!
