お鍋会/Nabe with Friends

今日は旦那さまのお友達が遊びに来ました〜。楽しいたこ焼きは今回も大好評♪冬なのでお味噌仕立てのお鍋をしました☆(写真撮るの忘れた・・。)

私的には昆布だしでさっぱりポン酢と柚胡椒で頂くのも大好きだけど、フランスの皆さまはスープの味がしっかりしてる方が好きな模様。

皆にとってお豆腐とか味がついてないとすごい不思議な食べ物なんだって。(味噌仕立てのお鍋ではオッケー。)我々の結婚披露宴、お豆腐屋だったけど(笑)。披露宴をしたところは締めの和牛が一番だった!すっごーーーい美味しかったと皆口を揃えて言ってました(*^^*)

My hubby's friends came over for dinner. Takoyaki was received very well again this time : D We did 'nabe' which is very popular dish in winter in Japan. (Forgot to take photo..) It was miso based soup this day.

Personally, I also like kobu (seaweed) based soup and eat it with ponzu with yuzukoshou. Though looks like it's more favorable with deep taste for French people : )

They told me tofu is actually little strange food for them when there is no taste. (With miso soup, it was ok.) Our wedding party was at tofu place! haha. They all said the Japanese beef at the end was the best! at that place. They said it was really really good!!
