グリーンピース/Green peas

友達に今旬で美味しいよ〜とグリーンピースをご馳走になったら甘くて美味しかったので、自分でも買ってみました☆恥ずかしながら日本でグリーンピースって冷凍物しか使ったことない気がする。。鞘から生のグリーンピースを取ってみたけど美味しい♪

日本で子供がグリーンピース嫌いになることが多いのはあの冷凍物の苦みというか独特な味がするからだと思うのですが、こっちで食べたのは甘い！これなら子供も嫌いにならないと思うな〜。日本もちゃんと生のだとそうなのかな。主婦、学ぶこといっぱいです。

My friend recommended green peas in this season and the ones I ate at her place was sweet and good! so decided to get some myself. Ashamed to say this but I only used frozen green peas in Japan. I tried the raw ones and they were good : D

In Japan, I think green peas are one of the vegetables that children don't like because of that specific smell and taste of the frozen ones. Though if kids try these ones, I think they will like them! Maybe the raw ones in Japan are the same. Lots to learn as house wife ; )
