フランスのレジ/Register in France

レジに並んでると、レジ係の人がお客様が並んでいても、「閉鎖」の札を自分の目の前にポンと置いたりします。私の勤務時間終わり、ということ。日本だったら並んでるお客様を他の列に行かせるってのはなかなかないかなー、と思いますが、まあ慣れました。

あとレジの人は大体座ってます。ボンマルシェという高級デパートとかでも座ってる。日本のスーパーように少しでも早く、丁寧に！みたいな気合いは感じませんが、これも慣れました（笑）。

When you are on register line, even you are on the line, staff will put 'Closed' note if their working time is over. Probably this will not happen that much in Japan, but I think you will get used to it if you are in France ; )

Also, as far as I saw, many people are sitting down at the register. Even at a luxury department store like La Bon Marche. I don't feel the spirit of 'fast as possible! polite as possible!' like Japan supermarket but I think I got used to these too ; p
