フランスで予防接種/Vaccination in France

本日２ヶ月検診。早速予防接種第1回。日本より早い？前の1ヶ月検診の際にお医者さまから処方箋をもらっておいて、２ヶ月検診の前に薬局で予防接種の注射をもらっておきます。お医者さんには基本薬は置かない、というのが普通の模様。

通常検診の後、「じゃあお母さんおっぱいあげる用意しておいて」と言われて「え？」と思ったら注射の後おっぱいをあげるらしい。

まずは6種混合。って6種混合！？日本は確か3種まで。。大丈夫（＞＜）！？と思うけどお医者さまに任せるしかないし、フランスの子は皆やってるなら大丈夫だろうと見守る。小さな体に針が〜（＠＠）！！とドキドキ。。刺す、プシュッ、わーん！で、先生が「はい、おっぱいあげていいよ」と。おっぱいあげる。数分後、「はい、じゃあまた台にうつ伏せに乗せて。」と。再び・・針が〜（＠＠）！！刺す、プシュッ、わーん！「はい、おっぱいどうぞ」。

こっちもドキドキしちゃいました・・。小さな体でがんばったのぅ（；；）。。２日間は怠く感じることもあり、熱が出ることもあるとのこと。今日はいっぱいお出かけしたから少しゆっくりしようね。

6種混合はジフテリア、破傷風、百日咳、ポリオ（不活化）、ヒブ、B型肝炎。二つ目の予防接種は肺炎球菌だそう。3ヶ月検診でB型肝炎以外の５種混合をまたやるそうです。この後はどんなスケジュールで？と聞いたら、まだまだいっぱいあるよ、と言われました。がんばれ、ベベ！

We went to 2 months check up today. It was also first vaccination day. I think it starts earlier than Japan. Here in France, you get the prescription for the vaccination at one month check up and take that to pharmacy before 2 months check up and get the vaccination. Then take that to the doctor. Interesting since in Japan, vaccination is usually at the doctor.

After usual check up, the doctor told me to be ready to feed her. Seems like you feed the baby after the shot.

First six vaccination. Six?? In Japan, I think triple is maximum. Though need to trust the doctor so watched quietly.. Can't believe the needle is going into that little body!! After the shot, bebe started crying and doctor says 'feed her'. I feed her for few minutes then doctor tells me to put her on the table again. Another shot! Cry! Feed! fuu---... I was scared (> <) Bebe was very tough and good girl ; ) She might feel tired for the next two days and might have fever. We went out a lot today so let's spend quietly..

Six vaccinations are Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, haemophilus influenza B and hepatitis B. The second shot was pneumoconique. I asked the vaccination schedule going forward and the doctor told me, 'lots...'. ganbare bebe!
