今日は旦那さまのお友達夫婦二組を呼んで我が家でディナーでした。皆和食を期待してると思うと結構悩む。。洋食とかの方が見栄えも良いし、簡単なのよね(ーー;)
とりあえず冬は日本らしく!(強引・・)お鍋をメインにしています。前菜だけ毎回ちょこっと変えて。
今回はフランス人が大好きなサーモンを使って手まり寿司作りました☆これはなかなか好評でした♪そして写真撮るの忘れちゃった(^^;)
そして今回もたこ焼き器大活躍!皆すごく楽しんでました〜♪
We had my hubby's friend couples to our house tonight for dinner. I always wonder what would be good to cook as I think people want to try Japanese meal at our place. Western food is easier and looks better for large group dinner.. ; 0
For winter, I decided to go with 'nabe' (hot pot)! since it's one of popular dish. Little change on appetizer all the time.
This time, I made 'temari-zushi' (small round sushi) with salmon. I think this was received pretty well : D I forgot to take the photo though..
Everybody enjoyed the takoyaki machine this time too!
