Learning from yesterday.. I made a meal with kiriboshi-daikon (dry cut radish??) that includes a lot of iron and meal mainly with vegetable. Hubby was very happy..
ちなみにおやつには煮干しを食べたり。。
我が家に残ってるチョコレートさんや甘いお菓子達、お腹に収めてあげたい・・。
and for snack, I eat dried sardine which contains lots of calcium..
I want to eat chocolates and sweets that are in our house..
