今日はおにぎり握っちゃったりなんかして、母が日本から送ってくれたマンガも一緒だったりして、歩いて食べて、読んで、歩いて、と至福のお散歩でした♪(マンガ大好き 笑)ただし、、おかずとか面倒でおにぎりしか持っていかなく、野菜も一緒に食べなかったので後の血糖値は高め・・。血糖値低かったらデザートにクレープ食べちゃおうかな〜という私の野望は儚くも散りました(涙)。次はお米を減らして野菜とおかずを入れて行こう。
It got little chilly again this week but the weather is beautiful! Doctor told me to walk as much as possible so went to the park again today.
I made rice balls, had manga (comic book) my mom sent from Japan, so it was a pleasure walk today : )) (I love manga!) Walk, eat, read, walk! Though... since I only brought rice balls and no other things like vegetable or side dishes (preferably protein food) so my my blood glucose level was pretty high later.. If it was low, I was going to have crepe for dessert but of course this didn't happen ; 0 I need to make less rice balls and bring vegies and side dishes next time..
